We ship all over Italy by express courier. The cost for shipping in Italy is €5.90 and is free with orders over €59 (supplements apply for disadvantaged areas and smaller islands). For international shipments, the cost is verifiable at the time of checkout. Supplements will apply to some European destinations. Any charges and customs fees for importing to non-EU countries are at the expenses of the customer. The courier used is GLS or TNT or SDA for Italy and FedEx for European destinations. Shipments and deliveries are organized on working days only, Monday to Friday.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Products enabled for EXPRESS shipping are shipped within one working day of order confirmation. Delivery times are 1 or 2 business days from the time of shipment. Islands and remote areas can take more than 48 hours. Delivery times for European destinations are approximately 3-5 working days and we use a standard shipping service. For all other products, delivery times are approximately 4-7 days for Italy and 5-10 days for other European destinations. We use an express shipping method but it is not possible to guarantee the delivery date or specify a delivery time. Please contact us so we can check if there is an extra service (variable supplement) in your area.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE COURIER PASSES WHEN I’M NOT THERE?
In the absence of the recipient, a notice is left with the reference branch number that will allow you, without any additional expense, to agree a return in the shortest time. In this case, we recommend that you get in touch with the courier as soon as you receive the notice of passage and agree directly with the courier a new delivery date/time at your preferences. The courier will always attempt a second delivery in the next 24 hours. The courier usually delivers from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as the goods leave the warehouse you will receive an email directly from the courier, with the link to which you can check the delivery status of your package. This way you can always be up to date on the status of the delivery.
