HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER

To place an order on our website you have to choose the desired products and put them in the cart. If you’re not already our customer and haven’t created a user profile don’t worry, you can sign up at the time of ordering or decide not to.

• By accessing your cart, you can view your products, change the quantity or delete them, apply a promo code, if in possession, and finally choose the type of shipment (we always recommend free express shipping if available).
• Now go ahead and enter all your billing information.
• You can choose to provide a shipping address other than your billing address, or view the summary and choose the type of payment available.
• You can decide whether to pay by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Satispay, bank transfer or pay cash upon delivery by adding 5 euros to the receipt of the goods (not available for international shipments).
• Now you are ready, place your order and you will soon receive a confirmation email with the order number and details of your products.

All order information is sent to the email address you provided to us and you can view the history and details of your orders via your account page. When the shipment has been organized by the courier you will receive an email with the tracking number to keep track of the package.
