RETURN MANAGEMENT

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases on caveman-shop.co.uk, but if you want to return an item and get a refund, you can do so by exercising your Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/05). The return shipment is charged to the customer and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount. It is essential that you contact Caveman Shop to return the goods and wait for the return authorisation. Caveman Shop does not provide return labels but it is up to the customer to choose the courier to be used. We cannot accept returns without our prior authorization. Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged, with intact labels and as far as possible in the original packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Write to info@caveman-shop.it within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please specify:

  • your order number, you can find it in the confirmation email under “order number” (alternatively we can search for it by name/email)
  • purchased products you want to return and the reason for the return (wrong order, defective goods, etc.)
  • if you prefer to receive a gift card (valid 1 year) or to be refunded
  • If the purchase was made with payment by cash or bank transfer, specify your bank account number (bank name, IBAN number, SWIFT code)

Now follow these steps:

  1. Our customer service will send you a return authorisation e-mail.
  2. Place all products in the original packaging where goods were shipped to you in. If you no longer have the package or shipping envelope, you will need to package the products appropriately to protect the goods. In both cases, make sure that the packaging is properly sealed (if the product is not well protected it is possible that it will be damaged during transport which invalidates the refund).
  3. Stick the shipping label of the courier company you have chosen for the return on the box or envelope. To attach the label, use a transparent duct tape that completely cover the label so that the barcode remains intact during transportation.
  4. Send the return package to: Alma Mobile Srl, via Linz 105, 38121 Trento (Italy)
  5. When the return arrives at our warehouse we will check that the returned products are new, never used, undamaged, with the labels intact and as far as possible in the original packaging.
  6. Within 3 business days from receiving the return we will send you an email confirming receipt including a refund notification (product cost, net of goods shipping and collection fees) or by attaching the gift card code.
