Returns Management

We hope you're satisfied with your purchases on caveman-shop.it, but if you wish to return an item and receive a refund, you can do so by exercising your right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/05). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount. It is essential to contact Caveman Shop to return the goods and await return authorization. Caveman Shop does not provide return labels; the customer is responsible for choosing the courier. We cannot accept returns without our prior authorization. Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged, with labels intact, and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Return procedure

Write to info@caveman-shop.it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please specify:

  • the relevant order number, you can find it in the confirmation email under "order number" (alternatively we can search for it by name/email)
  • the purchased products you wish to return and the reason for the return (wrong order, defective goods, etc.)
  • if you prefer to receive a gift voucher (valid for 1 year) or be reimbursed
  • If the purchase was made with payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please provide your bank account details (bank, branch, IBAN number).

At this point, follow these steps:

  1. Our customer service will send you a return authorization email.
  2. Please return the entire product in the original packaging in which it was shipped. If you no longer have the package or shipping envelope, you will need to package the product appropriately to protect it. In both cases, ensure the packaging is properly sealed (if the product is not properly protected, it may be damaged during shipping, which will invalidate your refund).
  3. Apply the shipping label from your chosen return carrier to the box or envelope. To attach the label, use clear tape that completely covers the label so that the barcode remains intact during transport.
  4. Send the return package to: Alma Mobile Srl, via Linz 105, 38121 Trento (Italy)
  5. When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will check that the returned products are new, unused, undamaged, with the labels intact and, where possible, in the original packaging.
  6. Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt, including a refund notification (the cost of the product minus shipping and collection costs) or attaching the gift voucher code.
