Order
In the event of printing errors, stock errors, or pricing errors on orders, you will be notified by email. All prices include 22% VAT. If you have created an account, you can log in and view your order status and all your previous orders. If you have not created an account, your agreement will be reflected in the order confirmation you will receive by email. Only adults may purchase from CAVEMAN Outdoor Shop unless they have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Payment is made by credit card, Klarna, Satispay, or PayPal. If paying by bank transfer, the bank details will be sent via email with the purchase invoice. Orders are processed and shipped exclusively on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
Delivery
Within 2 business days in Italy and 3-5 business days for other European countries if all items are eligible for EXPRESS shipping. Within 7 business days in Italy and 10 days for other European countries for all other items. Domestic shipping costs €5.90, while international shipping varies by country and can be verified at checkout. Orders over €59 receive free shipping to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Croatia, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Finland, Greece, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, and Sweden. Surcharges may apply for some European destinations, which can also be verified at checkout. Any customs duties and taxes for imports to non-EU countries are the customer's responsibility. Any delivery delays by the courier are not attributable to CAVEMAN Outdoor Shop.

Warranty
Under Italian sales law, all products have a 24-month warranty. This warranty means the customer can claim product defects. If CAVEMAN Outdoor Shop accepts the customer's warranty claim, please remember that the condition of the product is your responsibility from the time of delivery until it is returned to us. Therefore, before returning it, please ensure it is adequately packaged. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
