Delivery times
We ship throughout Italy and Europe via express courier. Shipping to Italy costs €5.90, and is free for orders over €59 (surcharges apply for remote areas and smaller islands). International shipping costs are available at checkout. Surcharges apply for some European destinations. Any customs duties and taxes for imports to non-EU countries are the customer's responsibility. We use GLS/TNT/SDA for Italy and FedEx/GLS for international destinations. Shipments and deliveries are made on weekdays only, Monday through Friday.
What are the delivery times?
Products eligible for EXPRESS shipping are shipped within one business day of order confirmation. Delivery times are 1-2 business days from shipment. Islands and remote areas may require more than 48 hours. Delivery times for European destinations are approximately 3-5 business days, and we use standard shipping. For all other products, shipping times are 4-7 business days for Italy and 5-10 days for other European destinations. We use express shipping, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date or specify a delivery time. For urgent orders, please contact us so we can check if an optional service is available in your area (surcharge varies).
What do I do if the courier comes when I'm not there?
If the recipient is absent, a delivery notice will be left with the branch number, allowing you to arrange a new delivery as soon as possible, at no additional cost. In this case, we recommend contacting the courier as soon as you receive the delivery notice and directly agreeing on a new delivery date/time of your choosing. The courier will always attempt a second delivery within the following 24 hours. The courier typically delivers between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM and between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your goods leave the warehouse, you'll receive an email directly from the courier, with a link to track your package's delivery status. This way, you can always stay up-to-date on the status of your delivery.
