How to find out the status of your order?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you used during checkout. Your order is then processed, prepared, and packaged for shipping.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you'll receive an email directly from the courier with a tracking link to track your shipment. You can always check the status of your order on the courier's website. We ship using TNT, SDA, and FedEx.
If you don't receive any emails, check your spam or junk mail folder, and if you use Gmail, also check your promotions folder.
