We ship throughout Italy and Europe via express courier .

Products eligible for EXPRESS shipping are shipped within one business day of order confirmation.

Delivery times are 1 or 2 working days from the moment of shipment.

Islands and remote areas may take longer than 48 hours.

Delivery times for European destinations are approximately 3-5 working days.

For all other products, delivery times are approximately 4-7 days for Italy and 5-10 days for other European destinations.

For orders over 59 euros, shipping is free to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Croatia, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Finland, Greece, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Sweden.

For orders under €59, country-specific fees apply (starting at €5.90) and can be verified before purchasing on the checkout page.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 30 days to return the goods and choose your shipping costs and times.

We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 30 days to return the item and choose whether to receive a one-year gift card or a refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund. Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged, with intact labels, and, if possible, in their original packaging.
